About Me

I am interested in fashion since I was a secondary two student. In the beginning, I brought some cheap cloth and disassemble them to learn the structure of the clothing and how to draw a pattern. 

I’ve met a friend who is interested in cosplay. And she found out that l am interested in tailoring. Therefore she often asks me to make a costume for her. Although there is already a design, different combinations of the fabric I can make a totally different outcome. I really enjoy those processes. I got a deep sense of accomplishment after I transfer the 2D drawing into real clothes. And I start taking orders to make costumes since I left high school. Until now, I have made over 100 clothes. I learned how to make a tailor-made set of clothes that are comfortable for the clients and meet their requirements from the perspective of the clients. 

At first, I think gorgeous clothes can make a good outcome. But good make-up and hairstyle are also important to create a perfect total look. Therefore, I also go to study make-up. After I got the ITEC level 3 diploma in Fashion, theatre, and media make-up, I start to work in different advertising and TV show as a freelance make-up artist for almost 3 years. After being a part of the crew, I can know about the workflow in the film and media industry, the more important is the communication skills and adaptability skills.

I decided to keep on study fashion design at the Institute of Textile and Clothing after finish the fashion image design program at Hong Kong Design Institute.
